What should I expect at my first class? Do you offer a Foundations Class for beginners?
If you have never done functional fitness before your first class will be the Foundations Class. We have a two-week Fundamentals program that consists of four 60-minute group sessions with our coaches. During these sessions, you will learn all of the essential movements to ensure your success with our regular group classes. In addition to learning movements such as squats, presses, pulling and various bodyweight movements, you will also receive instruction on proper warm-up techniques, mobility and flexibility. Come dressed in workout clothes, as you will be moving the whole time and we will finish the session with a quick workout.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Our gym is meant for people of all levels, from the complete beginner to an advanced athlete. Every workout is scalable. Each movement, from push-ups to pull-ups or weightlifting, can be modified so that people of all fitness levels can perform the workout of the day.
What should I wear or bring?
You should come to classes in clothes that are comfortable to exercise in and flat-soled shoes if possible (as opposed to running shoes). Also bring a water bottle.

How do I register?

How much does it cost?
All of our pricing information can be found under the Start Here!/Pricing tab. We have Month-to-Month, 3 Month and 6 Month contracts.
Do I have to sign up for a Long-Term Contract?
No. We have many different membership-type options. We have monthly memberships along with 3 month and 6 month contracts which provide for further discounts if purchased. For further details, please view our Pricing Tab.
Is there a drop-in fee for visitors?
Yes. $10/visit or $25 for 3 visits.
Do you have Daycare?
Unfortunately, we do not have a daycare or a specific kids’ area. But we understand your child/children may be with you during your workout. We ask that your child stays seated and out of the way during class time.
What about Competition Training?
Once you have joined our community and become familiar with all the movements your interest will only increase and your abilities will grow. We understand completely that not all athletes are interested in competing, but it is an option for those interested! Once approved by our staff you are welcome to join our competitor athletes in competition training.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have 2 showers, 2 bathrooms, and a dressing room.
What if I have an injury? Should I still come in? What if I’m pregnant?
ABSOLUTELY! We are qualified in and have vast experience with working around injuries, as well as with pregnant women. Constantly varied workouts allow for you to have a wide range of movements and lifts available for you to work on, regardless of the location and severity of your injury, and regardless of the size of your baby bump! Not only will this help keep you in shape while you are rehabing or going through your pregnancy but it has been scientifically proven that continuing to exercise while injured AND pregnant (when done appropriately) actually helps to SPEED your recovery in both situations! If you are unsure please consult with a trainer on staff.
After I sign up, how often should I come?
We recommend roughly 4 days a week, even for beginners. The more you are willing to fully commit, the faster you will reach your goals. Your trainer will be there to guide you and make sure that you scale appropriately so you will not get mentally or physically overwhelmed.
