Everything you do at Muddy Water CrossFit will be scaled to YOUR CURRENT LEVEL OF FITNESS and capabilities. The weights used may be different than that of others, but the relative intensity puts everyone on the same playing field! When you walk in the gym it is important to remember that the person on the bar was once in your shoes. You will be encourage and pushed by amazing people that are all here for the same reason, to get fit!
