My metabolism crashed to a grinding halt on my 30th birthday. Tried several diets and was in and out of various fitness situations for about ten years but nothing ever lasted more than a few months. Counted calories, counted steps, ended up not counting for anything. I started CrossFit about three years ago and it was an eye opener. Health and fitness is hard work. Through Crossfit I have made significant gains such as lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure while losing some fat and gaining muscles and mobility. Muddy Water Crossfit is something else! The coaches are great and encouraging. My favorite WOD is Murph and I hope you’ll drop in to see what all the excitement is about. At age 44, I’m in the best shape of my life.
