Every 3min for 24min(8 rounds):
10 Unbroken Snatches
*Start at 95/65 add 10lbs every 3min
*When you hit your 10RM Snatch go to 10 unbroken Cleans until failure
and then 5 unbrokens Cleans
and then 1 Clean every 3min
