1 C&J every 2 minutes
*Start at 70% of 1RM
If your 1RM is over 150lbs:
Add 10lbs every 2 minutes until 90% and then add 5lbs every 2 minutes.
If your 1RM is under 150lbs:
Add 5lbs every 2 minutes.
