FOR TIME:
400m Run Each
50 Plate Hop Burpees
*switch every rep
100 Over the shoulder w/30/20lb med ball
*switch every 10 reps
50 Partner Med ball situps
200ft OH Walking lunge w/med ball
*switch every 50ft
800m Run together
