Death by concrete sections
Intervals
First round run 1 concrete section and return to start line, every minute on the minute add 1 section.
Second round run 2 lengths, third round 3 lengths, etc.
You’re adding one round trip every minute until you can no longer continue.
*You must make it back to the start line before the next minute starts
Record total rounds for score.

*Trainer…..use cone to mark the distance for the athletes
