50 SNATCH
50 BACK SQUATS
50 CLEANS
50 FRONT SQUATS
50 PUSH PRESS
50 PULLUPS

REPS MAY BE SPLIT UP HOWEVER THE TEAM OF TWO CHOOSES.
PARTNER WHO BEGINS A MOVEMENT MUST DO 5 BURPEES BEFORE TOUCHING THE RIG OR BAR. EACH PARTNER’S REPS MUST BE UNBROKEN. ONCE YOU COME OFF THE RIG OR DROP THE BAR, YOU TAG OFF TO YOUR PARTNER, WHO WILL THEN DO 5 BURPEES BEFORE PICKING UP THE BAR TO FINISH THE REPS FOR THAT MOVEMENT.
