For Time:
Station 1 – Run 400 meters
Station 2 – 50 Pullups (Breakup anyway you want)
Station 3 – 50 partner clap pushups
Station 4 – Run 400 meters
Station 5 – 50 2-Part Junk Yard Dog’s (Switch every 5)
Station 6 – 200 crunches (Switch every 25)
Station 7 – Run 400 meters
Station 8 – 50 Wallballs (Switch every 5)
Station 9 – 400 ft Farmers Carry 53/35 (Switch every 50ft)
Station 10 – 50 Burpees (Switch every 5)
Station 11 – SOUND OFF “OO-RAH”
