Teams of 2 (30min Cap)
*trade plate every 100m
100 Pushups (switch ever 5 reps)
*Partners hold Pushup Position
400 m Run w/45lb plate
100 Squats (switch every 10 reps)
*Partners Wall sit
400 m Run w/45lb plate
100 Pullups (switch every 5 reps)
*Partners hang from Bar
400 m Run w/45lb plate
100 Situps (switch every 10 reps)
*Partners hold feet 6 inches off the ground
